Where do demons go? They are in all things that die including the stars in the universe that eventually burn out. Demons are in people making them think that life that is sweet is bitter having people think death that is bitter is sweet. Those demons make God's law saying love one another seem to be bitter when that law is sweet. Demons impersonate the dead leading people to Satan's prison when the soul leaves the body.  People had better know Jesus. Satan will impersonate Jesus doing the same thing. Heresy is what false churches say when people see the falseness of their oppressive belief system. Muslims say blasphemy. Praying without ceasing is worshiping God. They that don't do that are worshiping the unthankful Satan. It is not us coming to God. God is all around us. It is allowing his kind let us reason together Spirit to come into us.
