Kim Jong Un is not like Assad. Kim needs to value love not a bomb. That is never talked about. Love is not a weakness. Love will calm the waters. A weapon cannot give justice. People know that in their mind. No one has a missile where a human judge would sit.  Why then are people like Kim thinking a Missile can give any form of justice? People need to let go of a thing that cannot do anything good at all.
