Dog has no idea what he is doing.  Blind people in churches made people to break God's laws in many ways. Thou shalt not swear by anything that is in heaven for it is God's throne. Thou shalt not swear by the hairs of your head for you cannot make them black or white. Thou shalt not swear to words on a piece of paper. Paper is a gift from God.  The moon is a gift from God too. Thou shalt not swear by the moon either.  Swear is an oath that God did not want us to say. God wants us to be thankful.   Police don't protect people. They terrorize people and kill pets. How in the  heck is that protecting anyone or anything?  Jesus wants us to protect the soul.
