Osaka Mayor Cuts Sister-City Ties to S.F. Over 'Comfort Women' Memorial

San Francisco did A Stupid thing. Remove that Stature hoping Osaka reinstates his ties to San Francisco. People change. Don't bring up the past. It is long gone.
