Epic puppy rescue - 18 feet into the earth!!!

Why don't people rescue dogs from places that destroy dogs quickly  and  slowly with toxic vaccinations called soft kill? Why are the places like that that destroy the dogs endocrine glands called the testis and ovaries? Why are people not calling on the government to close down such places? Why are people not wanting those shots banned?
