I know all of the answers and more before I saw the video.  Lucifer means bright and morning star. Satan was called Lucifer. Lucifer is in all things that die. There were no earthly kings in the Garden of Eden.Satan thought Kill when humanity fell going after helpless stars doing the big bang. That mentality is in ISIS. It is the height of stupidity to want to do what Satan wants to do. Satan does not look like you think. That being is the abomination of desolation.
God did not create the Devil. Allah in the Quran is Lucifer. The lake of fire will be the lost burning inn God's light after they are raissed at the second resurrection. That light looks like fire and brimstone to them. Satan is cast into that lake. 8:15;You are correct. Satan will be the abomination of desolation standing on the earth saying he is God.
Malachi 4:3“And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts.” KJV Cambridge editon 1611. That is what happens to the lost and Satan himself. Satan is in people who don't do the works of Jesus. 12:53: The body is lost in sin. It has death it. They that have Satan in their soul will want to give death. They will lie. They will have a strong desire to condemn people. They will like to be self deceived. They will not have pleasant speech. They will be connivers and schemers.  They will be loveless. They will invent evil things. They will have a prpoud look. They will have feet swift to do mischief. They will be offended about the sight of the nude form and whatever else. Muslims are like that. They will have tender mercies that are cruel. They will think that they are better than another seeing a vain thing.

People are they that keep people from buying and selling.  By their works you will know them.
Satan is. Therefore chose ye this day who you will serve. Satan thinks thrown because he is the one who is thrown into burning bodies and souls who are burning in God's light around the city of God as it is in Revelation 20. False prophet is tossed in with him. Wicked die. God does not take pleasure in the death of the wicked. It does not say that God does not take no pleasure in the eternal suffering of the wicked.
