China not inclined to intervene in U.S.-North Korea spat

Kim Jong Un is sending  submarines to bomb Guam.  Kim is working on avoiding Japan's anti Missile system. China needs to use their anti submarine warfare against Kim Jong Urn's summaries  intercepting them on their way to Guam or blast them in the dock had they have not left the dock..
