Muslims Save Non-Muslims From Burning Building Due To Ramadan

I have one unanswered Question.  Are the people calling themselves Muslims who helped the people in that burning building for or against Assad?  Assad does not like Sharia. Assad tries to make the Quran a good book getting rid of what he sees as distortions. Assad is for Israel. Assad protects Christians.  Assad sees a problem in the Quran not being aware that the whole Quran is a problem. Who are those Muslims for? Who are they against?
