Imam of the Kaaba: The Islamic State and the Taliban have no link with Islam. People who obey Allah saying he is the best deceiver should be believed? That's a laugh. Muslims by name and ISIS and Taliban by name do not obey God. Who then do they obey?  People must know the answer to that.
